Access to the Garden

  • How can I get a ticket?

    You can get your ticket at our online ticket office or the Garden's ticket office. Learn more here. 

  • What is the cost of admission?

    The general ticket for adults is €16, €13,60 for children and seniors. Prices include VAT.

  • What payment methods are available?

    We accept payment via credit or debit card, as well as cash.

  • What can I visit?

    Admission includes access to the Garden's attractions, visiting its permanent and temporary collections, and using the thermal pool and jacuzzis.

    The easiest way to get to Terra Nostra Garden is by car, but there is also public transportation and taxis.

  • Is the Garden open to visitors all year?

    Yes, except on December 25th.

  • Am I allowed to take photographs?

    Yes, as long as they are not for commercial or promotional use. In the latter case, you must request prior authorization from the Garden's management.

  • What is the average water temperature?

    Our Botanical Garden has our thermal pool in front of Botania Hall and two natural jacuzzis near the changing rooms.

    In the thermal pool, there is a variation in temperatures. In the output flow, the temperature reaches 42º C (108º F,) decreasing to 36 ° C (97º F) with the influence of outdoor temperature. 

    In the natural jacuzzis, temperatures are between 39º C and 40º C (102º - 104º F).


  • Does the Garden have areas with shade?

    Yes, our gardens boast numerous secluded spots, offering the perfect shade and tranquility, allowing you to enjoy moments of serenity.

  • What is the distance between the Garden and the hotel?

    Nestled in a picturesque valley, Terra Nostra Garden is encircled by lush trees. The hotel offers elegantly decorated rooms located inside the Parque Terra Nostra and features indoor and outdoor pools for your enjoyment.
