Rules of Conduct

Our Garden is for all of us.
Help us preserve it so that it never loses its mystical water streams, the morning songs of birds, and an ambiance of unique visual sensations. 
What are the rules of conduct? What are the rules of conduct?

  • It is strictly prohibited to:

    • Use the Jacuzzis and/or Thermal Pool without showering before and after bathing in thermal waters.
    • Smoke and throw stubs on the ground.
    • Litter.
    • Jump and/or dive into the waters of the thermal pool.
    • Eat and drink in the thermal pool.
    • Enter with lunch boxes, wine bottles, or alcoholic beverages.
    • Visitors to enter under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
    • Speak loudly and/or cause noise pollution that disturbs the peace.
    • Enter with pets, with the exception of service dogs.
    • Enter with vehicles, bicycles, or toys that can damage the Garden.
    • Pick any kind of flowers, vegetation or any living plant material.
    • Capture Images for commercials, television, videos, and similar purposes, as well as the use of drones without prior management authorization.
    • Circulate in the Garden wearing swimwear only, including a bikini or bare chest.
    • Practice nudism or behave inappropriately.
    • Step on the flowerbeds.

    *Failure to comply with the rules results in the expulsion of violators or even legal proceedings without the right to reimbursement.

    We are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.

  • Follow the recommendations for using the thermal pool

    • The use of the pool is advised against people with skin diseases, inflammation of mucous membranes or open wounds, infectious diseases, chest pain, recent heart attack, heart failure, aortic stenosis, and hypertension.
    • If you are pregnant, immunosuppressed, or have other health or compromised health issues, you should previously consult the doctor if you'd like to use the thermal pool.
    • The thermal water can cause possible coloration effects on clothing and reactions on some hair types, so we recommend rinsing with fresh water soon after.
    • Maximum capacity simultaneously
      Jacuzzis- 10 people 
      Thermal Pool – 100 people 
    • Do not stay in the Jacuzzis and/or Thermal Pool for more than 30 minutes

  • Respect everyone's privacy.

    Respect the privacy of other visitors when taking photographs.

  • Do not leave children unattended

    Adults should supervise young children.

  • Collaborate with our team members

    At the Garden's entrance and exit, our team members may request to inspect bags, purses, and backpacks.

  • Priority attendance is given to:

    • People with disabilities or special needs.
    • People who are pregnant.
    • People age 65 and above.
    • People with children under the age of 2.
